The Veterans Day parade will begin promptly at 11:11 AM on the corner of Laurel Canyon Boulevard and San Fernando Mission Blvd., Mission Hills, CA and proceed south on Laurel Canyon Boulevard for 1.1 miles and end at Paxton Street in Pacoima, CA at the Ritchie Valens Recreation Center.
A carnival will be held at the Ritchie Valens Recreation Center (Laurel Canyon Blvd. & Paxton Street)
Friday, November 11 from 2pm to 10pm
Saturday, November 12 from 2pm to 10pm
Sunday, November 13 from 2pm to 10pm
Free parking is available at San Fernando High School Football Stadium (Home Side Parking Lot). Please enter off O’Melveny Avenue and Chamberlain Street
The 2022 Grand Marshall for the San Fernando Valley Veterans Day parade is Reseda resident U.S. Army Master Sergeant Charles O. Green who served from 1976 to 2002 and is the current Site Manager for the Sepulveda VA Ambulatory Care Center.
All veterans are invited to sign up to participate in the annual Veterans Day parade 2022 Veteran participant application can be downloaded from the website.
Only Veterans with family members ride in this parade.
