Defund The Police Advocate Alyssa Milano Calls Cops On "Gunman"

Alyssa Milano is being called out again after she called the police on Sunday (September 20) to investigate a possible shooter on her Bell Canyon property.

After Milano phoned in the complaint, seven Ventura County Sheriff's' vehicles, one K-9 unit, a police helicopter, and one Los Angeles Fire Department team that sat down the street on standby.

After three hours it was determined the “gunman” was a teenager that was shooting at squirrels with an air rifle. A BB Gun. Alyssa and her husband, Dave Bugliari, 39, dialed 911 after hearing "gunshots".

Many took to social media to call out the actress and social activist for being a hypocrite as she has publicly tweeted about “defunding the police.” The definition of "defund" - "to withdraw financial support from, especially as an instrument of legislative control: Many university programs were funded by the recent government cutbacks. to deplete the financial resources of: The cost of the lawsuit defunded the company's operating budget."

“She can tweet those things because at the end of the day she lives behind gates in a gated community. She knows the police will come to save her. But what about all those people who don't have that luxury and live in unsafe neighborhoods? She obviously doesn't care,”said one of Milano’s neighbors.
