Man Shocked By What He Finds On The Bottom Of Slippers From Amazon

An 81-year-old man was furious after he received a new pair of slippers he ordered on Amazon. Sam Purdie wasn't upset because the slippers were the wrong size or color. What shocked him was what the slippers on on the soles. The £15 slippers from LJ&R Footwear had treads that resembled a swastika.

To make matters worse, Purdie said his online review of the Jo & Joe brand slip-ons was censored by the company. According to the Mirror, "Amazon immediately responded saying he had been abusive in his review and if he continued to be he wouldn't be allowed to leave reviews again."

LJ&R Footwear responded saying the design was not developed by them and that "any resemblance to the sign in question is purely coincidental. It is a honeycomb maze pattern."
